Traxbean GPS tracking system provides a comprehensive solution for administrators to improve the operational efficiency and security of the enterprise. Through this system, companies can easily create sub-accounts for employees in subordinate departments and effectively manage and monitor permissions.
First, the system allows administrators to batch generate or associate multiple sub-accounts through a main account, making it easy to centrally manage the accounts of a large number of employees. Each sub-account can be assigned to a specific department or team, and different roles and permissions can be assigned based on the responsibilities and needs of the employees.
In addition, the Traxbean GPS Tracking system also provides detailed permission settings. Administrators can assign access permissions to the system based on the roles of sub-accounts. This includes but is not limited to viewing real-time locations, historical trajectories, receiving alert notifications, and managing geofences. This way, companies can ensure that employees can only access the information necessary for their work, thus protecting sensitive data from unauthorized access.
The system also has monitoring and reporting functions, allowing administrators to monitor the activities of sub-accounts in real time, including the time and frequency of their access to the system and the operations they perform. This helps ensure the efficiency of employees' work and provides necessary support or intervention when needed.
Finally, the sub-account management function of the Traxbean GPS Tracking system also includes account security measures, such as password policies and login attempt restrictions, to prevent unauthorized access and protect the security of enterprise assets.
In conclusion, the Traxbean GPS Tracking system provides enterprises with a powerful and flexible tool, supporting employees' tracking and management needs through its sub-account setting management function, while ensuring operational safety and compliance.
