Indoor Positioning Assistance Device

The CareStar Bluetooth Beacon is a type of Bluetooth indoor positioning assistance device. It uses a broadcast protocol based on BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy). It continuously and non-directionally broadcasts its general configuration parameters, such as UUID, Major, Minor, RSSI, etc., on 37, 38, and 39 BLE channels around it. Through the multi-point positioning algorithm of multiple Bluetooth beacons, it can provide more accurate indoor positioning.

It is designed with a Nordic Bluetooth 4.2 chip. It is powered by 2 ER14250 batteries. Its battery life is related to the internal broadcast parameters.

After installing the batteries, it will automatically start broadcasting, making it easy to use.
