Thinkrace demonstrates how can the court use the system to regulate restraining orders or Protective Order.

The Traxbean positioning and security management system independently developed by Thinkrace has implemented victim protection functionality. This function can help the court or prison to regulate Protective orders or restriction orders, and the system continuously monitors the distance between multiple victims and multiple perpetrators. When the distance between the two parties is lower than the pre-set distance, the system will issue an alarm message to both parties and also to regulatory personnel.

In the Traxbean system,the'Target' refers to the regulated person, such as bail criminal, violator, parole prisoner, etc.The 'Guardian' refers to the protected person, such as victims, protected witnesses, vulnerable groups in need of care, etc.

Protective Order

....................

// About:

A Protective Order, also known as a Restraining Order, is a legal document issued by a court to provide protection from domestic violence, harassment, stalking, or other forms of abuse. It is a measure intended to ensure the safety and well-being of an individual who is experiencing threats or harm. These orders can be sought by victims or those who have been targeted by abusive behavior.

Protective Orders typically include a set of restrictions and conditions that the respondent (the person against whom the order is filed) must follow. Common restrictions include:

No Contact: The respondent is ordered not to have any contact with the petitioner (the person seeking the order), which can include personal, telephone, or electronic communication.

Stay Away: The respondent may be required to stay a certain distance away from the petitioner's home, workplace, or other specified locations.

No Harassment or Threats: The respondent is prohibited from harassing, intimidating, or threatening the petitioner.

Firearms Surrender: In some cases, particularly with domestic violence situations, the respondent may be ordered to surrender firearms or other weapons.

Exclusive Occupancy: The order may grant the petitioner exclusive occupancy of a shared residence, requiring the respondent to leave.

Child Custody and Visitation: If children are involved, the order may specify custody arrangements and visitation rights, prioritizing the safety of the child.

No Retaliation: The respondent is prohibited from taking any retaliatory actions against the petitioner for seeking the order.

Violating a Protective Order is a serious offense and can result in legal consequences, including arrest, fines, or further court orders. Protective Orders are an essential tool in the legal system to prevent and respond to abusive behaviors, offering a sense of security and justice to those in need.
